The daily rate includes room, meals, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, activity program, housekeeping, and assistance with arranging doctor’s appointments and transportation. 

Services that are available at additional cost include on-site hair and nail salon, transportation to personal appointments, personal laundry service, on-site dentist, podiatrist, audiologist, and Optometrist/ Ophthalmologist. Guest meals and guest apartments are also available. 

The Ranch House is open to anyone, regardless of religious affiliation. Ranch House residents are able to walk, with or without an assistive device. The staff provide assistance with all activities of daily living.  

Because of its small size, the Ranch House does not accept residents with severe behavior issues.  

The Ranch House is licensed as an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) and as such is not eligible for Medicare Part A or Medi-Cal coverage. We do not accept SSI. Most long-term care insurance policies cover this level of care, and/or we accept private pay. 

Pets are welcome to visit. Visiting dogs must be on a leash at all times. Disruptive pets are not allowed under any circumstances. 

Respite Care is available as space allows. The preferred length of stay is two weeks, and admission paperwork is required.
